- Coordinate with the IT team on hardware, software, infrastructure, and procurement needs.
- Closely coordinate HR matters with the HR department.
- Maintain consistent studio presence during core working hours and be available when needed during off-hours or production peaks.
- Use sound judgment to handle issues independently and escalate only when necessary.
- Take full ownership of studio-related responsibilities with a problem-solving mindset.

- Ensure clear understanding and adherence to company policies, ensuring a fair, equal and secure working environment for everyone.
- Provide training to the team when needed (i.e. login in tools)
- Support studio visibility through local marketing, partnerships, and industry events.
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, vendors, and the film commission.
- Help organise internal events and initiatives that enhance team morale and studio culture.
- 3+ years of experience in studio, facilities, or office management — ideally within VFX, animation, or creative production.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the EU
- Self-motivated and resourceful — confident taking initiative and solving problems independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Present, engaged, and aligned with the pace and rhythm of the studio environment.
- Be part of a high-end, globally connected VFX studio.
- Work in a stunning island location with a collaborative, international team.
- Play a vital role in the day-to-day running and culture of the studio.
- Contribute to exciting projects for world-class clients.
- Enjoy opportunities for professional growth in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
