We are looking for a professional with disabilities and experience for an Administration Coordinator position in a multinational company.
Accountabilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the senior and wider admin teams, including coordinating meetings, events, travel, and new hire onboarding logistics.
- Manage contracting processes and financial administration, such as Statements of Work, purchase orders, and invoice resolution.
- Coordinate SHE activities in collaboration with the local facilities team to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Handle complex customer queries and ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
- Prioritize workload and manage small projects under general guidance to achieve objectives.
Requisitos:
- Experienced in global administrative support with strong process knowledge.
- Proficient in handling confidential information and office software, including virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong communicator with attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and an efficient problem solver.
- Organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in teams under pressure.
- English level C1
Certificate of Disability equal or superior to 33%.
