Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Agile Delivery Manager to join our Content Ecosystem team, a dynamic group driving the transformation of how Nestlé manages digital assets across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating agile delivery across a complex, multi-squad roadmap aimed at delivering an integrated platform that supports global content operations.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, agile expertise, and the ability to adapt methodologies to real-world challenges. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence.
What you’ll do
Agile Leadership & Facilitation- Lead 2–3 agile squads within a 40+ person organization (including internal colleagues and partners).
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile best practices are followed.
- Act as the lead Agile Delivery Manager in a Scrum of Scrums setup, coordinating with external Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams.
Delivery & Workflow Management- Design and implement internal Jira workflows tailored to the team’s needs.
- Track and report on velocity, burn-down charts, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
Methodology Adaptation- Continuously assess and adapt agile methodologies to fit the evolving needs of the platform and teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile maturity.
Stakeholder Collaboration- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and multiple external suppliers to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure transparency and communication across all levels of the organization.

Minimum qualifications:
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Agile Delivery Manager in complex, multi-team environments.
- Proven experience leading Scrum of Scrums or similar scaled agile frameworks.
- Experience working with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Experience working with SaaS products which are being extended.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Atlassian suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian DevOps tools.
- Proficiency in agile reporting and dashboarding.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to adapt frameworks and practices to suit team and organizational realities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in MarTech, Content Tech, or Agentic AI environments.
- Experience with DAM, Content Hub.
