Job Description
1、Responsible for unmanaged seller operations in Madrid, Spain, driving seller business growth and customer satisfaction.
2、Analyze market trends and seller data to formulate and execute effective operational strategies, enhancing sellers' sales performance and platform engagement.
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address seller issues, improving the seller experience throughout the process.
4、Establish and maintain strong trust with sellers, conducting regular communication, providing operational guidance and training to enhance sellers' platform knowledge and skills.
5、Monitor and report on operational metrics, providing feedback for continuous improvement of platform features and services.
Position Requirement
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Data analysis, or a related field.
2、More than six years of e-commerce operation experience, with a preference for experience working in the Spanish market.
3、Familiarity with e-commerce platform operations and the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
4、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
5、Native in Spanish and fluent English
