Salary: As per the Spanish collective labor agreement
Your Role:
In this position, you’ll be involved in various aspects of call and operations management. You’ll work directly with colleagues and external partners to verify information, coordinate services, and ensure customers stay informed throughout the process.
Main Duties:
- Learn and apply call handling procedures, including checking customer details and following data protection standards.
- Liaise with service providers to collect and share updates on assigned tasks.
- Support clients in arranging vehicle recovery and repair services.
- Collaborate with your team and supervisor for effective execution of daily operations.
- Allocate drivers and prioritize jobs based on operational demands.
- Keep accurate records of all service jobs.
- Provide professional and courteous support to all clients, partners, and members.
- Inform customers regularly about the progress and timing of services.
- Estimate costs and process payments when required.
- Use tools to provide directions and predict service arrival times.
- Comply with all company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
