The Brand Experience & Community Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing a dynamic calendar of in-store events and activations, while promoting the brand through effective public relations strategies.

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has a strong understanding of creative communities, and is passionate about shaping meaningful brand experiences. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a deep passion for community building and cultural connection.

What will you do when you’re here?

  • Event Planning: Design and implement a diverse range of events and activations that engage and inspire the community.

  • Calendar Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive community events calendar, ensuring timely communication of upcoming activities to internal teams and the public.

  • Community Outreach: Build and nurture relationships with local creators, change-makers, and organizations to foster collaboration and ensure a vibrant array of events.

  • Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and bloggers to secure coverage of events and activations.

  • Event Promotion: Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create compelling narratives that promote events across various platforms, maximizing visibility and participation.

  • Feedback and Reporting: Gather and analyze participant feedback to assess event success and make data-driven recommendations for future activations.

  • Collaboration: Partner with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to align events with overall brand strategy and retail goals.

  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for events, ensuring cost-effective planning while maximizing impact. Additionally, the role will oversee corporate communications to ensure alignment across all external and internal messaging, reinforcing HOFF’s reputation as a dynamic and growing brand.


Does this sound interesting? Here’s the profile we’re looking for:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Cultural Studies, or related field.

Location: Madrid / Hybrid with availability for travel in our HQ (Alicante)

Experience: 2+ years of experience in community engagement, event production, cultural programming, or public relations - preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.

‍‍Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and narrative creation.

Digital fluency: Comfortable with social media, influencer outreach, and digital tools to amplify community efforts.

Passion for culture, creativity, and connecting with communities that shape the future of fashion and lifestyle.

KPI-oriented mindset with experience in measuring event impact and optimizing based on data.

We are international! A proficency level of Spanish & English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
