We are looking for
At BizAway, marketing isn’t just about leads—it’s about reputation, trust, and relationships. As we expand across markets, we’re growing our brand and communications engine to reflect the caliber of our product and customer base. We’re hiring a Brand Marketing Manager to join our team in Barcelona and to lead our efforts in branding, PR, partnerships, customer marketing and employer branding.
Your role in BizAway
You’ll be responsible for shaping and managing the voice and visibility of our brand. From PR strategy and partners co-marketing campaigns to customer storytelling and employer branding initiatives, you’ll ensure everything we do feels cohesive, on-brand, and impactful. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with design, digital, customer teams and external PR agencies to amplify our presence.
You’ll be focusing mainly on:
- Build and execute brand positioning, voice, and visual consistency.
- Manage PR strategy: press releases, media relations, speaking opportunities.
- Launch and optimize partner and co-marketing campaigns.
- Own customer marketing: case studies, testimonials, and reference programs.
- Support employer branding and internal branding initiatives.
Your basic qualifications:
- 4–6 years in brand, comms, or marketing roles—ideally in B2B or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of PR, partnerships, and brand-building.
- Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills (English is a must).
- Organized, strategic, and creative thinker.
- A team player who thrives in fast-moving environments.
We are also interested in:
- Having worked in start-ups and scale-ups is a big plus.
- Having worked in business travel sector or travel agencies is a big plus.
- Experience in B2B Marketing and SaaS is a big plus.
- Native Italian is a plus.
