We are looking for a Communications and management Assistant for our Santiago studio. This is not a conventional communications role. In addition to supporting how we present and explain our work, this position plays a key role in the internal coordination of the studio.
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills. A background in architecture is welcome, but not essential. Working closely with the leadership team, you will assist in management tasks. You will also take part in regular coordination with the other David Chipperfield Architects offices, ensuring shared standards, knowledge exchange, and alignment across the group.
Key responsibilities:
Assist the Office Director.
Coordinate communication, external and across the David Chipperfield Architects Group.
Oversee project-related communication, from concept to completion.
Manage press, publications, and general visibility of the studio’s work.
Represent David Chipperfield Architects Santiago in regular inter-office coordination meetings
Profile:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Organised, reliable, and proactive.
Able to work across disciplines and teams.
Comfortable participating in strategic conversations and supporting studio leadership.
