Contract to Cash CORE Senior Subject Matter Leader
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate GBS CORE Pricing & Commercial team – work lead role
- Support CORE Pricing & Commercial Agreements team in preparation, implementation and open topics – relay, coordinate and supervise those activities performed by the team
- Preparing and co-driving fit-to-template workshops concerning implementation of CORE template in countries, ensuring those activities are being actioned by the rest of the team
- Testing of new functionalities of the system – supporting UATs
- Conducting and coordinating exploratory testing
- Guiding and supporting users in implementation of new functionalities
- Ensuring process is documented
- Coordinating with global stakeholders with regards to implementation
- Collaborating with third-party providers
- Cutover management
- Data migration
Core competences and skills:
- Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on, Order to Cash or Supply Chain Management, with focus area of Pricing & Commercial Agreements. Alternatively an equivalent progressive working experience;
- 5+ years of experience in Contract-to-cash or Supply Chain Management, in particular, managing pricing and commercial agreements in SAP
- English: fluent in speech and writing, Spanish beneficial
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Proactive can-do attitude
- Advanced MS Office;
- Advanced experience with ERP systems. Advanced SAP experience;
- Problem solving skills;
- Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment;
- Willingness and availability to travel
