The Skin Lounge 012 is an integral part of the MiiN Cosmetics family, sharing the same passion for Korean beauty and commitment to excellence. Together, we develop our own brands, Ondo Beauty 36.5 and Meisani, combining Korean innovation with European expertise to create unique products that transform beauty routines into exceptional moments.
With a strong presence in Europe, we are now reaching for new horizons, expanding into Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and Africa. This strategic growth is driven by the close collaboration between our headquarters in Barcelona and our team and partners in Seoul, the heart of cosmetic innovation.
We are looking for a COO - Operations & Business Coordinator with a strategic vision and operational capacity to lead the company's organization. This is a pivotal and highly transversal role, with a strong component of building from the ground up: processes, teams, and methodologies. You will be instrumental in helping us create and scale a company from scratch and grow with us on this journey of international expansion.
- Please note: this position will be based in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
Business and Operations Management
- Design and structure internal processes to allow the business to grow in an orderly and scalable way (operations, marketing, sales, supply chain, finance).
- Define management tools (KPIs, dashboards, reporting) to provide visibility for management and improve decision-making.
- Optimize the value chain, from production in Korea to international distribution.
- Coordinate the execution of the business plan and ensure that objectives are met on time and in full.
- Monitor the company's P&L (Profit & Loss), analyzing profitability and proposing improvement actions.
- Support the development of new brands and products, ensuring that launches have the necessary operational and commercial support.
Coordination and Communication
- Act as a bridge between Barcelona and Korea, ensuring that projects flow and that cultural and management differences become a strength.
- Connect key areas (marketing, sales, supply, finance, product) and facilitate communication among teams to ensure they work in alignment.
- Represent the company to strategic partners, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Leadership & Team Building
- Identify, attract, and develop talent, participating in the construction of a solid team in Spain and Korea.
- Motivate the team, create collaborative work dynamics, and foster a culture of open and transparent communication.
- Guide the team during times of change and operational challenges, ensuring that solutions are implemented quickly and effectively.
Internationalization and Strategy
- Contribute to the definition of the international expansion strategy, identifying opportunities and ensuring correct implementation.
- Travel occasionally to Korea to coordinate with the local team and strategic suppliers.
- Ensure that the relationship with international partners flows smoothly and that operations are aligned with the global strategy.
- Support the General Management from the Barcelona HQ in making strategic decisions, providing business analysis, a 360º vision, and effective execution.
Requirements:

- Strong strategic vision and hands-on operational capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize processes from the ground up.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Korean is a plus).
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and understand cultural dynamics.
- Availability for occasional international travel.
