As our Corporate Counsel, you’ll advise teams across the company, negotiate key contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

How will you contribute to our success?
🔹 Legal advisory across departments – Partner with teams across the company to provide expert legal support, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
🔹 Contract negotiation & drafting – Review, negotiate, and craft commercial agreements that protect Volotea’s interests while driving business growth.
🔹 Strategic legal guidance – Advise on diverse projects, ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding company operations.
🔹 External legal coordination – Coordinate the work of external lawyers in the different countries where the Company operates.
🔹 Compliance & risk management – Monitor internal regulations, enhance contract compliance, and implement best practices to mitigate legal risks.
🔹 Contract Lifecycle management – Oversee and optimize the Company’s Contract Life Cycle database for efficiency, transparency, and legal security.

What will make you succeed in this position
- Law Degree – Essential for providing expert legal counsel and ensuring compliance.
- 2+ years of legal experience in reputed law firm or in-house – Preferably in aviation, corporate, commercial, or contract law, handling negotiations and maintaining contractual databases.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). French or Italian will be also valued.
- Strong communication skills – Crucial for drafting contracts, advising teams, and negotiating agreements.
- Business-oriented legal mindset – Ability to assess risks, strategize solutions, and align legal decisions with company goals.
- Team player – Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams and external legal partners.
- Organized & detail-oriented – Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines, working autonomously.
