Role Purpose
Provide operational, logistical, and organisational support to the creative team in the production of internal and external campaigns. Ensure the smooth execution of photo and video shoots, coordinate with suppliers, monitor timelines, and manage resources, contributing to the success of campaigns under the creative team’s direction.
We’ll give you a deeper look into the role:
1. Campaign Production (Internal & External)
- Coordinate the launch and development of the creative deck for campaigns involving photo shoots.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with external production companies: track deliverables, approvals, and counter-briefings.
- Serve as the liaison with photo, video, and set design teams.
- Organise internal validations and gather feedback to ensure alignment with the creative direction.
- Coordinate the shipment of samples to the production company and track progress until final asset delivery.
- Manage post-production feedback with the internal team.
- Assist in arranging recording or working spaces.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and general logistics for large-scale campaigns with external production companies.
- Provide on-site assistance during shoots, events, or recordings as needed.
2. Logistical Support
- Coordinate the transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel involved in productions.
- Manage bookings for spaces, transport, and accommodation for the team, if applicable.
3. Task & Tool Management
- Monitor and update the production and art calendar using tools such as Asana.
- Organise and manage materials and files on platforms like SharePoint
- Prepare seasonal product sample boards.
4. Resource Administration
- Oversee and maintain the inventory of photo and video materials and equipment.
- Manage orders, purchases, and studio or production session requirements.
5. Timeline Control
- Ensure activities are carried out within the established schedule.
- Flag potential delays and propose adjustments in coordination with relevant teams.

- Previous experience in creative production or campaign coordination within a marketing team or agency.
- Basic knowledge of photography, video, and/or production design.
Intermediate/advanced English (depending on role requirements).
- Familiarity with collaborative platforms (SharePoint, Google Drive, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.).
- Ability to coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with suppliers and stakeholders.
