The Customer Engagement role:
Are you passionate about amplifying the voices of tenants and communities? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Engagement Officer to join our Customer Services & Engagement Team.
In this brand-new post, you’ll play a key role in delivering our Resident Insight and Engagement Strategy. You’ll work closely with tenants, community groups, and internal teams to support meaningful engagement, promote tenant voice, and help shape services that reflect our customers’ needs.
Key duties and responsibilities of our Customer Engagement Officer:
- Support and develop innovative engagement methods Facilitate tenant panels and community groups.
- Manage petty cash and vouchers for engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records and produce impact reports.
- Create engaging content for social media and public communications.
- Organise and attend events to promote tenant involvement.

What we’re looking for in our Customer Engagement Officer:
- A Level 3 qualification or relevant experience.
- Strong communication and admin skills.
- Experience working with volunteers and community groups.
- Knowledge of data protection and financial controls.
- A flexible, team-oriented approach with a passion for customer service.
