ADP is hiring an Enterprise Learning Business Partner

What you’ll do: Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate relationships with business partners and key stakeholders
- Propose effective learning interventions to enhance associates' performance and business results in line with business unit strategies and goals.
- Gather and analyze data, reports findings and communicate suggested actions on a continuous basis.
- Develop the business case for adding to the learning portfolios and champion initiatives from discovery through evaluation
- Advocate on behalf of the business for Enterprise Learning services ensuring that Enterprise Learning strategies, goals and priorities are in alignment.
- Identify and recommend other interventions needed to enhance associate performance such as role clarification, process standardization
- Identify and define success measures for training interventions
- Create training plans for the business, leveraging learning assets from the Learning Centers of Expertise
- Partner with other learning teams to introduce new learning programs to support the ongoing professional development of ADP associates
- Provide project and executive level reporting, project and program communication plans, meeting agendas and summaries.
- Manage complex multi-business unit programs
- Regularly update business on learning opportunities and services available through Enterprise Learning, Global Talent & Learning, Sales Learning and other ADP organizations
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
- Five years experience in learning and/or human performance improvement projects
- Proven track record for planning, executing, and closing projects
- Ability to interface with and present to all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage across formal organizational lines
- Proven ability to analyze and summarize complex data to drive business decisions
- Collaborative approach to work
Bonus points for these:
- PMP or equivalent professional project management certification
- Change management certification
