We are currently seeking a PMO to join our team on a permanent basis within our Banking & Markets practice in Madrid.
The opportunity:
The banking & markets practice draw on our specialist knowledge and extensive industry experience. From designing target operating models to creating risk-based management dashboards, we deliver transformative change for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Analyst with 1-3 years of experience, proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented with a strong focus on results.
Excellent command of MS Office tools.
Based in Madrid to attend on-site when the project requires it.
English level: Advanced (minimum B2+/C1).
Experience in the following is a plus
- PMO collaboration in multidisciplinary projects (IT teams, functional users, etc.), participating in: (1) the development of plans by identifying tasks, milestones, and responsible parties; (2) preparing status reports and tracking project progress, identifying risks, and assisting in their management, including mitigation strategies, communication, and escalation
- Exposure to CIB areas (Markets, GTB/GDF), preferably within accounting functions.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience as a PMO or related
- A solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Good attitude, willingness to work and proactivity.
- High level of English
- ACAMS certification or any other AML certification is a plus
