THE ROLE
Define and execute the business strategy for the embedded FX and International Payments product, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Sales and Compliance teams to drive global adoption and support revenue growth by expanding the client footprint. Foster innovation by identifying market opportunities and contributing new business ideas that enhance the value proposition and strengthen our competitive position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and interpret market trends, performance KPIs, and emergin business models to identify opportunities and design multifunctional, customer-centric product solutions.
- Leverage deep knowledge in FX, International Payments, and network banking to deliver best-in-class, scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of global clients.
- Explore and integrate new technologies, including blockchain and stablecoins, to drive innovation, enhance strategic differentation, and accelerate time-to-market.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as Markets, GTB, Retail, and Commercial Banking to ensure alignment and to maximize impact.
- . Own the end-to-end product management lifecycle, from building bussines cases and defining product requirements, to managing budgets, leading IT development, and supporting implementation.
- Identify and propose new business opportunities and revenue streams, based on a strategic understanding of customer needs, market gaps, and technological capabilities.
- Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics, using data-driven insights to continuosly improve product performance and informe strategic decisions.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- More than 6 years in product management and business owner Experience in foreign exchange, international payments and network banking
- Familiar with corporate and investement banking products and new technologies
- Business driven and target oriented Strong communicattion and presentation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
