Job Title: Global IDS (Integrated Dermatology Strategy) Excellence Lead

Job Description
The Global IDS Lead plays a key strategic role within Galderma’s commercial operations, ensuring that our unique Integrated Dermatology Strategy is seamlessly embedded across all globally led external congresses, internal events, brand management initiatives, and corporate accounts programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and lead proper execution of the IDS marketing strategy, key related initiatives and tactics;
- Act as a global end-to-end process owner for HCP engagement events, Annual Brand Planning (ABP) process and major Corporate Accounts management programs;
- Serve as a single point of contact and coordinator of the Global Product Strategy Team for all matters related to the Global Leaders Forum (GLF);
- Ensure clear strategy is in place and is executed for every global event that Galderma has chosen to participate, coordinate development of such strategy with franchise heads, events and corporate communications team to ensure brand/franchise priorities are respected, arbitrate prioritization and budget when/where necessary;
- Own and manage GPS budget for IDS marketing strategy/tactics, globally led external congresses, ABP process, GLF and defined corporate accounts programs;
- Ensure that Galderma fully leverages applicable technology and maximize full potential of collected/generated data to deliver best-in-class customer experience throughout globally led HCP engagement events;
- Lead IDS Excellence team and manage all related IDS Excellence team activities to deliver on defined annual IDS Excellence priorities;
- Coordinate internally and where/when necessary externally all activities related to the above mentioned key responsibilities;
- Handle all related internal communication and change management activities related to the above mentioned key responsibilities;
Ensure alignment and project management for all matters related to the above mentioned key responsibilities
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience of 5+ years in marketing, marketing management, marketing excellence, major programs/projects management at FMCG, CPG, Consumer Health or Pharma
- Professional qualification in marketing, brand management, project management, change management
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Extensive cross-functional experience required, confidence to work effectively across a global matrix enterprise and influence with authority
- Strong team player
- Fluency in English is a must, fluency in other major European languages is a plus
