We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts at Capgemini Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and ensuring long-term success in the engineering and R&D services sector.

Your role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Forecast sales, set targets, and report on performance metrics.
  • Represent Capgemini Engineering at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the engineering, technology, or professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent understanding of engineering and R&D services market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
