Your Key Responsibilities
Payroll and Data Management:
- Overseeing the payroll process
- Verifying salary data
- Supporting employees on HR and payroll issues
Collaboration and Compliance:
- Working closely with HR teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitoring performance indicators
- Managing relationships with external partners
Continuous Improvement:
- Active participation in process optimization projects
- Contributing to cross-functional HR projects
Personnel Administration:
- Onboarding new employees
- Managing employee relations
- Legal and regulatory monitoring
Analysis and Reporting:
- Production of HR reports and data analysis
- Support for HR IT projects Participation in internal audits and compliance

- Proven experience in payroll management or HR administration
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Proficiency in HR tools and Reporting Knowledge of social and legal regulations
