We are seeking a senior and technically strong Enterprise Infrastructure Leader to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our on-prem infrastructure across global environments. This is a critical internal leadership role focused on delivering resilient, secure, and automated infrastructure services to support industrial and corporate workloads. The role spans across virtualization, storage, OS platforms, backup, and infrastructure automation.
What you will do
- Define and lead the global enterprise infrastructure strategy.
- Own the lifecycle of virtualization platforms (VMware primarily; Nutanix a plus).
- Manage enterprise storage platforms (NetApp and/or equivalent solutions).
- Oversee backup architecture, implementation, and operations.
- Lead OS platform strategy (Linux and Windows).
- Drive automation-first practices, with full adoption of IaC.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with cloud and network teams to ensure hybrid infrastructure coherence.
- Manage vendors, budgets, roadmaps, and internal team members.
- Establish documentation, CMDB integration, and strong monitoring capabilities.
What we are looking for
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure leadership roles.
- Expert-level knowledge in VMware; experience with Nutanix is a strong plus.
- Strong experience in enterprise storage solutions (NetApp or similar).
- Deep knowledge of Linux and Windows OS platforms.
- Proven experience leading backup strategies and datacenter resiliency initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD principles.
- Strong team leadership, stakeholder communication, and vendor management.
- High level of fluency in English (spoken and written).
- It will be a plus:
- Exposure to Kubernetes and container ecosystems.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments (GCP, Azure).
- Experience implementing CMDB and integrating ITSM practices.
- Background in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Experience working with enterprise or industrial networking.
- Certification in VMware, NetApp, or cloud technologies.
