The Team:
The Celonis business development team in the center of Madrid acts as the engine of the company's growth. We are curious, ambitious and ready to further evangelize our state-of-the-art Platform for Process Intelligence.
The Role:
As part of the Business Development Team at Celonis, you will support and work alongside an international team of Business Development Managers and Account Executives. You will engage in account research as well as strategic prospecting with a heavy focus on cold calling of potential customers.
The Work You'll Do:
- Align with internal account team
- Identify & source key decision makers within target companies
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies
- Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for the field sales team
- Nurture early stage opportunities
- Present and report your progress to Sales leaders to ensure and produce growth results
The Qualifications You Need:
- Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
- Work in a structured manner & fast learner
- Ability to listen very well, be an excellent communicator
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
- Be curious and have a long-term interest in building a career in Sales
- Native (or equivalent) proficiency in French and fluency in English.
- For this role, you bring at least 6 months of full-time availability starting in July/August/September.
- Nice to have:
- First experience in a Sales-related role
- First proficiency with Sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesNavigator, SalesLoft etc
- First experience in account research, planning as well as prospecting & cold calling
