As Marketing Director, you will lead ADAMA’s marketing strategy across Iberia – defining direction, driving growth, and inspiring a high-performing team. You will be a key player in the leadership team, ensuring our brand, communication, and market approach align with our ambitious business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Direction
- Develop and execute the Iberia marketing strategy in line with EAME objectives.
- Strengthen ADAMA’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Identify new market opportunities, anticipate trends, and guide competitive positioning. Collaborate with leadership to set commercial and communication priorities.
Operational Management
- Represent Marketing in cross-functional forums (WP, S&OP, Pricing Committee, etc.).
- Lead marketing planning cycles: 5YP, CSS, Campaigns, and more.
- Oversee GTM, Pricing, and Commercial Campaign strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI and efficiency. Drive adoption of digital tools (CRM, web analytics, automation, etc.).
Team Leadership
- Inspire, guide, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and support professional development through mentoring and training. Promote collaboration across departments (sales, product, customer service, etc.).
