Job Description:
This trainee position is a great opportunity to start your career in digital marketing. You’ll support the global social media team in running paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. From campaign setup to reporting, you’ll learn how a large international brand manages social media advertising. You'll be part of a fast-paced team and gain valuable experience working with different departments across the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with paid social campaigns, including ad creation, setup, audience targeting, and performance tracking
- Learn how to analyze campaign results across global and hotel-level accounts
- Support ad-hoc reporting for internal teams and departments
- Track social media trends and help identify opportunities for content or campaign improvements
- Take part in creative brainstorming sessions and help adapt campaigns for different markets
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align messaging and visuals
- Support both paid and organic social media reporting to identify insights and trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Recently graduated or currently studying Marketing, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in paid social media and advertising
- Basic understanding or familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or TikTok Ads is a plus
- Comfortable working with data and eager to learn how to draw insights from performance reports
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Organized, proactive, and open to feedback
