Responsabilidades

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager / Recepcionist to oversee day-to-day office operations and provide direct support to senior leadership. This role combines key administrative responsibilities with strategic support tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and facilitating decision-making within the organization.

  • Oversee the smooth running of the office, including managing supplies, resources, and services.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and workplace safety standards.
  • Organize and manage the maintenance of office equipment and workspace.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents required for key meetings and projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Plan and organize corporate events, team meetings, and special activities.
  • Support budget management and handle office-related billing.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and promote a positive workplace environment.

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
