REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES:
"Required skills (mandatory):
- Excellent English written and spoken
- Active Directory
- MS-Dos
- Windows 10 (settings, use)
- Office suite (2016/O365): use and support/troubleshoot.
- Hardware (connection, setup, troubleshooting)
- Network (basic config of client + troubleshooting for preparation to escalate to network admin)
- Analytic skills, be able to proceed even if the manuals do not cover the issue (yet)
- Ability to break up an issue in smaller problems – elimination process
Also consider it is needed a minimum physically fit to handle desktop computers (from our warehouse to installation’s bench)
Basic knowledge of:
- Powershell
- SCCM (build OS to new machines, deploy software – packaging not required, monitor installations, analyze logs for preparation to escalate)
- Common IT tools: windows logs, windows registry"
REQUISITOS VALORABLES:
" - Spanish/French/German skills
- Experience in (any) ticketing system
- Azure/Intune
- Amazon Workspaces"
TITULACION REQUERIDA:
Minimun 2 years of IT-related professional education.
