About the role:
CENTUM is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead and manage partner acquisition and maintenance within our commercial and marketing team. This strategic role will report directly to the responsible of Partnerships - Sales Channels and will focus on strengthening and expanding our network of commercial partners, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives
Key responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to identify, onboard, and manage new commercial partners.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to assess their contribution.
- Build strong relationships with our partner network.
- Represent Centum at networking events and industry forums to identify collaboration opportunities.
- Design joint plans with key partners to ensure alignment with Centum's strategic sales goals.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize business opportunities generated through indirect sales channels.
Requirements:
- University degree, ideally Communications Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or Law degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership management, legal , business development or similar commercial areas.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with various stakeholders.
- Advanced English skills is a must.
- Negotiation skills.

- Ability to take on new challenges.
Other skills:
- Experience in the Emergency, Security or Defense sectors will be a plus.
- Experience in the public sector, administration and government sales.
