What You'll Be Doing:
- Utilise CAD Software to incorporate Profit Protection equipment designed by the PP Project Managers into the Store Design Plans.
- Convert the Profit Protection Equipment Designed into New Store and Refurb Projects into written specifications for the PP Project Managers to issue them to installers.
- Issue feasibility costs within the timelines requested.
- Produce Costs for the projects designed by the PP Project Managers.
- Issue the written Specifications and PP Equipment Plans to PP Contracted Installers and JD Project Managers on the directions of the PP Project Managers .
- Manage the Contracted Maintenance programmes and liaise with the Security Maintenance companies.
- Manage Invoices and ensure that the works and snagging issues, have been conducted to a good standard before passing them over for payment authorisation on the Coupa and SAP Programmes.
- Prepare "Roll Out" projects and Refurb Programmes.
- Assist PP Project Managers with the technical side of handovers.
- Connect Intruder Alarm Systems, VSS Systems and EAS Systems to SOC and third party ARC.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information learned or shared as part of role.
- Complete any ad hoc jobs required within current levels of responsibility.
What We're Looking For:
- At least two years' experience in a similar role.
- Vocational Training, preferably with additional training in Business Administration or a related field.
- Must speak and write English to a good level.
- Ability to speak other languages will be an advantage.
- Experience with CAD, Excell , Word and Powerpoint will be an advantage.
- Experience with HIK, Wavestore, Texecom and EAS Systems will be an advantage.
