The Ardasa Plant, located in Burgos, Spain, is part of Lear’s European manufacturing network and specializes in parts and accessories for motor vehicles. The plant operates with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, holding certifications such as IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
Mission
Deliver customer satisfaction by ensuring quality, cost, delivery, safety, and environmental standards, while maintaining key certifications and supporting Lear’s Safety First culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve quality performance.
- Support audits and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
- Ensure product and process conformity with safety requirements.
- Collaborate with teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Technical background in Quality, Calibration, or Engineering.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
- Experience in supplier and customer quality processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
