Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Rental Coordinator to join our rentals department. You will manage the end-to-end rental process — from taking over apartments from developers and preparing them for rental, to coordinating bookings and maintaining client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical handovers of apartments from developers and oversee any necessary snagging/rectifications
- Collaborate with the Operations and Sales teams to acquire properties for rental
- Organise apartment preparations (furnishing, styling, photography)
- Manage booking calendars and maintain regular contact with guests
- Liaise with cleaning partners, maintenance providers, and subcontractors
- Ensure consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience with technical handovers from developers
- Knowledge of the short-term and/or long-term rental sector
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Very good command of English (Polish and Spanish is an advantage)
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and suppliers
- Category B driving licence
