Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes based on scope of work
- Organize services on board (personnel, tools, materials)
- Communication with clients for problems found and suitable solutions under service manager supervision
- Correct use of company management software and internal procedures
- Feedback to sales managers on ongoing activities and problem
- Authorize costs related to managed activities
- Cooperation with colleagues
- Schedule technicians for the jobs according to their skills (based on training and certifications)
- Provide needed information about logistic and equipment / scope of work of the job
- Assisting technicians while service is ongoing
- Coordinate the Office Supplies and supervise / plan according to operations
- Coordinate with Office Service Manager the planning of technicians onboard
Qualifications and experience
- English (spoken and written)
- Italian a plus
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Office package (excel, word, email)
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Dutch a plus not mandatory
