Our team is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring Representative Agents for our incoming agency in Tenerife. The position can be based in the north or the south of the island.
As a Representative Agent you will welcome and assist the customer during their holidays offering them a marvelous experience in Tenerife. The ideal candidate will also solve any queries they might have being able to solve them and help them make the most out of their holidays.
The main responsibilities are:
- Offer our excursions and other services to the customers.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with local hoteliers and providers.
- Support our customers with their issues or queries.
- Support to the assistance of customers at the airport and their transport from the airport to the hotel.
- Report any changes / inconsistencies found to our main office
- Minimum experience of one year in a similar position or a degree in tourism.
- Customer service oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Hold a driving license cat. B. and own vehicle.
- Advanced level of English and German (or/and French).
- Other languages are a plus.
- Be familiar with standard office applications.
- Flexible working schedule.
