Retail High Street Consultant
Captación de locales comerciales, tanto para el sector retail como alimentación y restauración
Negociación de mandatos de comercialización, siguiendo el manual de mandatos de la Compañía hasta su firma y elaborar la propuesta de comercialización
Elaborar informes de comercialización en caso de locales con mandato de comercialización
Evaluación e identificación de valores de mercado de los activos
Captación de demanda y asesoramiento de planes de expansión de operadores de retail
Visitas comerciales
Desarrollo del proceso de alquiler hasta el cierre de la operación.
Asesoramiento global en las fases de negociación de venta/alquiler
Asesoramiento global en la fase de negociación de venta con inversores institucionales en colaboración con Dpto. de Capital Market

¿Se parece a ti? Para aplicar necesitas ser/ tener:
Experiencia requerida entre 2 y 5 años en el sector Retail en consultoría o en departamento de expansión de retailers
Formación nivel Diplomatura o Licenciatura
Manejo del Paquete Office a nivel usuario
Dotes comerciales y atención al cliente
Persona con iniciativa y capacidad de trabajo en equipo
Carné de conducir
Alto nivel de inglés .
