ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:
The Renewals sales team cultivates strong partnerships with local wedding vendors in Italy. The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager, Renewals is to achieve overall unit, revenue and expansion renewal targets through successful management and development of their team. This position ensures the team is optimized and meets revenue retention and customer success activity goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for the day-to-day line management of a team of sales representatives in the Renewals team (between 5 and 9 people), with overall management support from the Sales Executive Manager.
- To manage team productivity and KPI’s to ensure that input metrics deliver the correct revenue outputs
- Support and develop team members through active listening, empathy, performance monitoring, and two-way feedback
- Mentor those on the team with call shadowing and role playing, providing tailored feedback and development plans to plan for succession within your team
- Use data insights to identify issues and propose strategic, team-focused solutions
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
- Must be based in Barcelona
- Ability to participate effectively in meetings conducted in English
- Strong results-oriented mindset
- Previous experience as a manager is not required, but at least 5 years of experience as a salesperson, strong leadership skills, and a strong sense of team building are essential, with a passion for developing people and promoting ownership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with strategic vision, foster team growth, and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, empathy, active listening, and feedback delivery skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive improvements
- B2B, SaaS, and SMB specific sales experience preferred

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
