Senior Service Pricing Manager


Our team in Barcelona is part of the ENERCON Southern Europe and Latin America (SELA) regional team. With 2.500 dedicated professionals, more than 4,867 installed wind turbines, equivalent to 9.5 GW of installed capacity and presence across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Greece, we are a significant player in these markets.

Leading the Service Pricing Transformation at Enercon through a Value-Based Pricing Approach. Taking full ownership of the service pricing scope, this role involves creating, defining, and implementing pricing processes across the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly proactive individual capable of driving the development of EC Service Pricing, establishing clear processes, identifying key stakeholders, recognizing necessary tools, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable value. In addition, the candidate should be data-driven and possess strong skills in Business Intelligence tools to support strategic decision-making.


Your task:

  • Defining pricing strategy for EC services globally: new units, follow-up contracts, added-value services, spare parts.
  • Generating the right synergies with Sales Regions to align and deploy strategies.
  • Developing core processes for service pricing.
  • Developing pricing tools for service pricing.
  • Participating in and making strategic decisions on EC's strategic service projects. Providing alternatives to maximize value.
  • Defining relevant KPIs and analytics to track service pricing performance. Developing regular reporting.
  • Providing training to Sales on value pricing, new strategies, and new tools.

Your qualifications:

  • Industrial Engineer, MBA, Science, Marketing, Business.
  • Proven experience in pricing in an OEM (5+ years), specifically in the service branch (not necessarily in the wind sector).
  • Ability to coordinate teams, lead projects, and deliver results.
  • Ability to align with key stakeholders and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Self-driven and proactive in pushing initiatives and driving transformation.
  • Knowledge of value pricing, business case development (IRR, NPV), and project finance.
