Your seat to fill:
- Responsible for the annual plan of SIS, SBS, Branded areas and instore decorations.
- Business plan for each investment , with ROI negotiation, follow-up, and monthly reporting with KPI's
- Project management of all the instore investments. Coordinate the inhouse and external teams. Follow up of the project until final opening.
- Follow up of the annual plan of investments with the sales team.•Establish door plans per items and per POS material
- Manage the POS budget and raise POS orders. Management of POS stocks.
- Follow up of the implementation of the door plan- CRM- POS Excellence
- Go to market plans. Sell-in strategy and sell-in deck for new items
- Support the sales teams•Monthly meeting with the sales team in order to optimize instore investments and brand awareness in the stores
- Feedback to HQ about special local needs in terms of POS
Your stroll to Cybex:
- University degree or master.
- Related work experience (minimum 3 years) , preferably in the area of Consumer Goods, Fashion and luxury or toys or other children related products
- Extensive marketing know-how, with a strong focus on Trade marketing
- Knowledge of marketing operating standards and processes
- Understanding of Sales and retail environment
- Fluent Spanish and Business English
- Proactive and creative
- Down to earth and hands-on
- Organized with a strong attention to details
- IT skills, perfect knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
