We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on UK PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER to join our People team. The ideal candidate is a team player, stellar communicator, and problem-solver, with a proven track record as an HR generalist within the hospitality industry.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment where no two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in building the teams that bring our brand to life every day.
Your day-to-day will include…
- Collaborate closely with our Operations team to be strategically aligned
- Serve as the go-to people expert, handling all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including contracts, training, end to end recruiting process , onboardings and career management
- Advise managers on key personnel decisions
- Ensure that management performance review principles are implemented and followed
- Follow up and improve People data: absenteeism, turnover, seniority…
- Detections of training needs and implement soft skills workshops
- Promote meritocracy
- Maintain close relationships with the team to anticipate and mitigate potential issues
- Serve as a role model and set a positive example for colleagues
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as HR generalist, ideally with a strong focus on high-volume, frontline hospitality roles.
- Proven experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to report and track key people metrics.
- Fluent in English and Spanish will be value
- A passion for people, hospitality, and growing meaningful teams.
