CRYOPERL is an established and growing global company with operations in Spain, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dedicated, enthusiastic and dynamic finance team. The successful applicant will be joining the finance team to assist with timely, accurate and quality completion of a broad range of accounting and reporting tasks.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Management of the accounts receivable cycle, including sales invoice entry and customer queries
- Management of the accounts payable cycle, including purchase invoice entry and supplier queries
- Maintenance of compliance with multinational taxation obligations
- Ability to develop and maintain financial procedures, administrative & records management systems
- Assistance with the preparation of monthly financial accounts
- Other accounting and administrative tasks including:
- - Bank reconciliations- Processing of employee expense claims and corporate credit card transactions
- - Payroll
Our ideal candidate has the following attributes:
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- The ability to add value to our business
- Sound technical knowledge of accounting principles

- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with both finance and operational staff
