We are lloking for an Assistant to work on day-to-day operations of the IEU Undergraduate Careers Team, including back office tasks, coordinating career-related initiatives, as well as managing effective communications to students of the Bachelor programs at IE University.
He/she will coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure the team's smooth operations, both within the Tanet & Careers Operations team and the Talent & Careers Bachelors team.
Candidates must be quick learners, problem solvers, highly organized and detail-oriented, able to work with back-to-back deadlines and comfortable working with diverse international colleagues and students.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
Responsibilities:
Your role as Assistant will involve:
A. Back-office duties
- Assist with organization of Department initiatives for Bachelor students and ensuring smooth running of these projects and events.
- Inbox management and website updating.
- Early Careers Programs back office: schedule activities at companies’ venues, download CVs and match students with companies, manage programs’ inbox responding basic questions from students.
B. Career Education Support
- Main support for the back office side of the Career Education program and Career Portal for undergrads: uploading materials, creating events in IE Connects, managing student grades, technical issues, satisfaction surveys, enrolment, emailings, logistics of class touchpoints etc.
- Ensure proper communication of events via different platforms and channels.
- Create and/or review documents, presentations and surveys as needed. Assisting with content creation and content editing.
B. Career Advising support
- Review the IEU inbox on a daily basis, responding to students queries.
- Act as main point of contact for Early Career students, via the IEU inbox.
- Answer and follow up with students and companies on various matters, via email, phone and face-to-face.
- Conduct Open Office sessions with students, answering their doubts and directing them to the appropriate resources.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- English fluency and advanced Spanish.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
