Chef de Partie – Wine & Gastrobar
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at our cozy, bustling Wine & Gastrobar. If you have a love for creating delicious dishes, take pride in your craft, and thrive in a lively kitchen, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your assigned section
- Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain consistency and presentation standards
- Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for seasonal specials
- Ensure your section is stocked, organized, and clean at all times
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen control procedures
- Maintain excellent communication with colleagues in both kitchen and front-of-house
- Train and support junior kitchen staff when required
