Join us as a Global Demand & Inventory Planning Manager and help optimize our supply chain across regions and product portfolios. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align forecasts, improve inventory health, and support smarter planning.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze and improve statistical forecasting to enhance demand planning accuracy
- Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support planning and inventory decisions
- Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead monthly global and regional demand review meetings
- Provide training and support to regional planners
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting tools and processes
- Set and manage global inventory targets and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance supply chain performance
What You Bring
- 10+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and forecasting tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Anaplan)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strategic mindset with hands-on analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
