Overview:
This role provides consultation, support and policy interpretation to employees, managers and leadership. May supervise employees, focused on task performance and recommend improvements to the delivery of specialized process.
Responsibilities:
- Own several HR processes for Hungary and other EMEA Countries as needed such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement.
- Keep contact with other departments (e.g. Payroll, Legal, Compensation etc...).
- Handle employee requests through HR ticket system.
- Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English and Native or Proficient in Hungarian.
- 1-2 years’ experience in HR or related fields.
- Experience in HR Shared Service environment and Benefits preferred.
- MS Office required.
- Success Factors, HRIS and Service knowledge, highly desirable.
