JOB REQUIREMENTS:
OBJECTIVE:
To grow the Company's sales by managing the assigned customer portfolio with initiative, responsibility, and professionalism, and by seeking new Clients in accordance with the guidelines set by Head of Sales, everything under the profitability criteria established by the Company.
To achieve the objective, is required:

Sales Development within their segment or area of responsibility
Identifying and acquiring new clients in accordance with the guidelines and policies defined by the Head of Sales.
Developing the product portfolio within existing clients

Managing the client portfolio within segment or area of responsibility
Identifying client need
Visualizing opportunities/risks with clients
Knowing the client's strategy and values
Developing the client relationship map
Negotiating agreements with clients
Setting sales prices for clients in accordance with pricing policies and guidelines approved internally by Head of Sales.
Managing client complaints.
Agreeing on and communicating to the client the commercial actions derived.
Preparing and setting monthly and annual sales forecasts for clients.
Sales Budget and 3 Years plan
Defining, proposing for approval, and executing the 3 Years plan and annual sales budget for clients within their area of responsibility.
Reporting
Reporting weekly to the Category lead and Head of sales the most relevant commercial actions
Using Salesforce to identify opportunities, threats, tasks, and to enter reports of client visits.
Actively participating in sales meetings
Communication and Social Intelligence
Being capable of good interdepartmental communication (SC, MK, NPD, Logistics)
Actively participating in sales meetings
Verbal argumentation, proper persuasion, expressive clarity, etc.

NECESSARY/DESIRABLE TRAINING:
University Degree (E.G. Business Administration). Proficient English required; mandatory Spanish and French is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial, packaging, food, or flexible materials sectors.
