VIBE is a tech-driven event and ticketing startup revolutionizing nightlife.

Unlike traditional platforms, we give ticket buyers live insightsinto each event, including how many people are attending, the type of crowd expected, and the music style so they can choose the best vibe for their night.

We're now expanding to Madrid and looking for motivated people connected (or not) to the nightlife scene to grow with us.

The Role

We’re looking for freelance (non necessary) or independent Sales Representatives with strong motivation and flexibility to identify and acquire new venues, clubs, bars, event organizers and get them on board with VIBE.

Your goal will be to bring new venues to sell their event tickets through our platform.

Compensation

100% commission-based
You’ll earn 30% of the revenue generated by each event organized by the venue you onboard.
Example: If VIBE earns €2,000 from ticket sales from a venue you bring, you earn €600 (VIBE earns via commission on each ticket sold).

The model is simple, transparent, and directly rewards your impact.

Maximum Flexibility

Work when and how you want
No fixed hours, no office: fully remote, on-field, or hybrid
Only one KPI: bring at least 4 venues

Who We’re Looking For

People with a strong commercial mindset and a hunger to grow
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Connected to the world of nightlife/events/bars/clubs (big plus)
Sales or event experience is a strong advantage, but not required
Fluent in Spanish and English
