Your Tasks
- You coordinate and are responsible for the adaptation of specific ServiceNow modules and applications
- You ensure that requirements and implementations take place within the framework of technical governance and set up the platform for the future
- You ensure quality assurance and compliance with best practices, security and compliance requirements
- You manage a team of ServiceNow Engineers, solving impediments and mentoring in their career and skill development
Your Profile
- You have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform (ServiceNow certifications are a plus)
- You have initial experience in managing teams and project groups or are interested in leadership
- You have practical experience in Agile working methods (SCRUM)
- You have a strong team spirit and strong communication skills
- You have a solution-oriented and process-oriented way of thinking and have analytical and communicative strengths
- Your are business fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
