We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy aimed at merchants and B2B lead generation in Spain and Portugal. This position is key to accelerating InPost's growth in Iberia both in the e-commerce environment (increasing our presence in checkouts through co-marketing with merchants) and in the expansion of our delivery point network, identifying and attracting new partners (stores, local businesses, etc.). This role will combine strategic vision, analytical capability, and results orientation, working closely with sales, expansion, product, BI, and brand teams to maximize the commercial impact of actions on both fronts.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Design the B2B marketing strategy for merchants and network expansion in Spain and Portugal
- Develop co-marketing campaigns with sales to improve InPost's positioning in Iberian checkouts .
- Create lead generation strategies to identify new network points (stores, local businesses, etc.) .
- Build business cases with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and quantifiable objectives for both action lines.
- Conduct market analysis and segmentation to personalize actions according to profile (merchants vs. network points).
- Create multichannel campaign strategies (email, content, events, etc.) with a focus on conversion and efficiency.
- Measure and optimize KPIs of the investment made in B2B.
- Lead a team of 2 people, fostering autonomy, proactivity, and focus on impact.
- Coordinate with sales, expansion, BI, tech, and brand teams to ensure coherence and effective execution.
- Supervise external agencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Essential Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, especially in demand generation or go-to-market.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, technology, or sectors with a commercial and partnership focus.
- Experience working directly with sales teams or having performed commercial functions.
- Knowledge of the Iberian market (Spain and Portugal) and sensitivity to adapt messages and actions locally.
- Experience leading co-marketing and B2B acquisition campaigns.
- Experience working with international teams in matrix organizations.
- Analytical profile: ability to build dashboards, track KPIs, and extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (minimum C1).
- Portuguese is a plus.
