HR Talent Intern

We are hiring for our European HR department a person who likes to work in international, collaborative and continuous learning environments. The person joining the team, will report to the European Talent Management Director.
As an HR Talent Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. You will work closely together with the HR European team members to provide HR support in all areas of the HR life cycle, from hiring over growing in the organization to retiring. The HR Talent Specialist should have a special interest in the area of talent acquisition, development and learning management.
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Talent Specialist will be involved in the following areas:
Learning
- Support employees with the use of our intranet and learning platforms, offering creative ideas to increase engagement.
- Support the team in planning and executing end-to-end learning events.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide support in reporting and data analysis for the Human Resources department.
Development
- Support the organization and coordination of development programs, including the design of training materials and program evaluation.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Talent Acquisition
- Support selection processes end to end, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Provide support in employee relations and performance management.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pshychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree would be a plus.
- Not previous experience needed. 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related role would be valuable.
- Fluent English.
- Be a fluent communicator and presenter. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (like ATS or LMS, preferably Cornerstone) would be valuable.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
