Overview:
The HR Shared Services Operations Associate provides consultation, support and policy interpretation to employees, managers and leadership. May supervise employees, focused on task performance and recommend improvements to the delivery of specialized process.
Responsibilities:
YOU will be involved in the following tasks:
- Own several HR processes for Switzerland, UK and other EMEA Countries as needed such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement
- Keep contact with other departments (e.g. Payroll, Legal, Compensation etc...)
- Handle employee requests through HR ticket system
- Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required
What YOU will bring to the team:
- Fluent English and Native or Proficient in French
- 1-2 years’ experience in HR or related fields
- Experience in HR Shared Service environment and Benefits preferred
- MS Office required
- Success Factors, HRIS and Service knowledge, highly desirable
- Customer focused attitude, proactivity
