Job Details
This role is critical for supporting key business applications, coordinating overall application support activities, and managing user service operations.
The position ensures the continuity of the wholesale business, particularly in the order entry process for Wholesale and logistics, while overseeing the performance of other operational applications and ensuring high-quality user support services.
Key Responsibilities Application Management:
Manage support teams to ensure efficient resolution of incidents and problems.
Track and monitor incidents and problems to ensure timely resolution.
Communicate resolutions and updates effectively to the business.
Identify and implement internal improvements to enhance the efficiency and performance of business applications.
Propose and implement solutions for better incident management, including:
Adopting agile service management practices to improve responsiveness.
Enabling proactive monitoring using tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics to detect issues early.
Automating incident reporting and remediation steps to reduce manual intervention.
Conducting blameless post-mortems to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
Regularly reviewing and improving incident management processes for continuous optimization.
Application Support Coordination:
Monitor and report team performance.
Ensure seamless operation of up-and-running applications.
Foster and improve relationships with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and problem-solving.
User Services:
Provide first-line support to users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Coordinate with technical teams to address complex user issues.
Maintain and improve user satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Requirements:
Professional Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in the field of technology and technical support.
A minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing teams.
Specific Knowledge:
Proven experience in the logistics and distribution sectors.
Strong knowledge of databases (DB), including query creation and execution, as well as a deep understanding of data structures.
Familiarity with various technologies, without the need to be an expert in programming, but with the ability to adapt to different tools and environments.
Skills and Competencies:
Innovative mindset, with a willingness to explore and implement new solutions.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams at different experience levels, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Analytical mindset, capable of identifying patterns and trends for efficient problem-solving.
Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
