Your Responsibilities:
- You'll be responsible for the precise and timely creation and dispatch of invoices. This includes managing invoicing processes and ensuring the accuracy of all financial records.
- You'll independently handle all customer inquiries, whether by phone, email, or other channels. Your goal will be to assist customers quickly, competently, and friendly, ensuring their satisfaction.
- You'll maintain and update relevant customer data and billing details in our systems, keeping everything organized and accurate.
- You'll actively contribute to continuously improving our internal processes in invoicing and customer interaction.
- You'll work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- You'll proactively resolve customer issues and complaints to create positive customer experiences.
What You Bring:
- You have initial professional experience in customer service, administration, or invoicing.
- You speak fluent English and Spanish or Catalan.
- You are a strong communicator, service-oriented, and enjoy interacting with people.
- You work in a structured, meticulous manner and can keep track of things even during busy periods.
- You are a true team player and are happy to integrate into our collaborative environment.
- You are proficient with common MS Office applications (especially Excel). Experience with ERP systems is a bonus.
