As an experienced Business Change Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver some of our most impactful firm-wide technology projects—working in close partnership with our Programme and Project Managers in the Digital Technology team.

As an internal Business Change team, our mission is to enable the organisation by delivering the right technologies and processes that empower our people to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients.
  • We’re seeking a proactive and driven individual with a solid background in delivering change management support within a consulting environment. You’ll need to be hands-on, adaptable, and ready to take on engaging, high-impact work.
  • In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the successful adoption of a wide range of technology initiatives – from finance and project delivery systems to AI solutions and asset management platforms. As a Business Change Manager, your focus will be on people-centered change, ensuring that transitions to new tools and processes are smooth, effective, and embraced by our teams.
  • The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing organisational change in a dynamic environment, along with the ability to navigate the challenges of working across global teams. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
  • This role is based in our Europe region, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple geographies. No two days will look alike. From leading engaging workshops and crafting communication strategies to delivering impactful training and evaluating change outcomes, you'll be immersed in a dynamic, supportive team that's focused on driving success for our people and clients.

Is this role right for you?

  • Proven experience in successfully delivering complex change within a global company.
  • This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach. You will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing key change initiatives, driving them through to successful implementation.
  • Flexibility is essential, as you may need to adjust your schedule to collaborate effectively with global colleagues across different time zones.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, building strong, collaborative relationships across Arup. You should be confident in influencing and persuading stakeholders at all levels on the need for change.
  • Must be comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team, where collaboration across disciplines is essential for the successful delivery of our projects.
